Plan rules

Good to know before you subscribe

Pay once, in advance

The subscription is paid once, up front: cash on the first delivery, CliQ or card.

Edit or freeze until 11 PM

Edit your meals or freeze until 11 PM the day before delivery.

Up to 45 days

The maximum length of a subscription is 45 days. After 45 days it is cancelled.

Start from the app

Download the app, log in and choose your plan. Pick your meals until the end of the current week, then choose again for the next week.

Delivery 1 to 2 PM

We deliver between 1 and 2 PM and you cannot pick the time. Friday is not a delivery day; Friday meals on the 30-day plan arrive on Thursday.

Questions about Plans

What’s the difference between the Chicken and Mixed plans?

On the Chicken plan every main meal is chicken. Mixed rotates between chicken, beef and fish depending on that week’s menu — calorie accuracy is identical either way.

How do I pay?

A subscription is paid once, in advance: cash on the first delivery, CliQ or card.

Which areas do you deliver to?

Subscriptions are delivered free to 53 areas in Amman — from Abdoun and Khalda to Jubeiha and Shafa Badran. Contact us on WhatsApp to check whether your area is covered.

How often does the menu change?

The menu is refreshed every Sunday with new meals: chicken, beef, fish and zero-carb options — so you never get bored while sticking to your goal.

Can I swap a meal I don’t like?

Of course! You can choose and edit your meals in the Mighty Gainz app any time until 11 PM the day before delivery.

Do you deliver on Friday?

No, Friday is not a delivery day. Friday meals on the 30-day plan arrive on Thursday.

How do I start a subscription?

Download the Mighty Gainz app and log in, choose your plan (days, Chicken or Mixed, 1 or 2 meals), then pick your meals until the end of the current week. You can also message us on WhatsApp.
